- Digital Imaging. Provides digital Imaging of all land records with .TIF and .PDF viewing capabilities.
- File Stamp. Electronically generated file stamp, including, clerk signature, date, time, and book and page as well as mortgage tax stamps.
- State Agency Interface. Automatically transmit records to any state agency.
- Cross References. System provides true cross referencing with “hot link” to cross reference documents.
- Web-based Search. System provides standard name, property, and book and page search functions for location of data within the system. Open entry and “wild card” search functions to support timely location of information.
